Reaseheath Mini Zoo aims to be accessible for all. We hope the below answers any queries you may have. If not please do not hesitate to ask any other questions and we will be happy to help.
We have created a social story of the zoo for visitors who are anxious about their visit. You can prepare before you come with the images in the document helping them become more familiar with the sights of the Zoo.
Assistance Dogs who are registered with an accredited training provider are welcome on site. Please note that we do not allow any assistance dogs in training into the zoo. We would appreciate a call prior to your visit so we can make arrangements for your visit as soon as possible.
Some of the animals can get spooked when they see a dog, so we will advise you of suitable routes to take around the zoo.
Accessibility is important to us and we endeavour to create an environment free from barriers and obstacles to ensure that our facilities and services are accessible to all. For any other questions please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
