Reaseheath Mini Zoo is set in the scenic rural grounds of Reaseheath College.
During your visit you will see species from around the world, why not catch a keeper talk during your visit to find out more about our collection or book one of our many zoo experiences.
The zoo is used by students at the college in term time, and because of this we are only open to the public during school holidays and at weekends.
Open daily for the Summer Holidays: Saturday 20th July – Sunday 1st September
We currently have a lot of construction work going on in the zoo which means some of our animals are in temporary housing and off show until their enclosures have been redeveloped. We have temporarily reduced our ticket prices whilst this is in progress to mitigate the difference it will make to your visit.

We are a teaching zoo! Reaseheath Mini Zoo is based in Reaseheath College. We offer FE and HE courses on animal-related courses with practical lessons being taught out on the zoo!
